Shipping & Returns
Product Lead Time:
Products will be shipped 3-5 business days after the order has been placed. Please let me know if you need the item(s) sooner - I will let you know if the turnaround can be achieved, as requested.
Once the item is shipped, USPS will take approximately 5-7 business days for US orders and 2-4 weeks for all other locations to deliver the package depending on the shipment location. This is not a guaranteed delivery lead time and is subject to change based on USPS.
Headbands will be shipped in poly envelope mailers via USPS. Tracking confirmation will be provided upon shipping.
Scarves will be shipped in either a cardboard corrugated box or poly envelope via USPS depending on the scarf size. Tracking confirmation will be provided upon shipping.
Multiple items purchased within the same order (same shipping address) will be mailed in a cardboard corrugated box or poly envelope depending on the items and sizes.
All sales are final unless the item received is faulty or different from the product description.
If you would like to exchange the item for a different size, I would be happy to do that as long as the item is not damaged or noticeably worn. The customer will pay for the shipping for the exchange. The new item will not be shipped until the exchanged item is received. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of item to shipping date to allow for the time to make the new item.
