The Match-up

THE Ohio State Buckeyes take on the Michigan State Spartans in one of the biggest games of the Big Ten conference schedule. The Buckeyes are still undefeated and poised to be one of the four teams in the College Football Playoffs, but could easily be knocked out and replaced by the Spartans as a representative from the Big Ten if Sparty can prevail on Saturday. In a week the top SEC teams take on cupcake teams, the Big Ten gives us this gem. J.T. Barrett continues as quarterback for the undefeated Buckeyes to attempt to lead them to back to back undefeated and National Champion seasons. On the other hand, Connor Cook hasn't been 100% healthy for most of this season, but the Spartans will need him to play like a Heisman candidate in order for them to succeed.

The Prediction

Michigan State - 24
Ohio State - 35

 -Alec

Mascot Match-up

The Spartans will face the Buckeyes in the Big Game Series this week. With a helmet for protection, the Spartan gives off a look that might say he could take on a friendly Buckeye, but I'm not fooled by his one and only way to avoid defeat. His confused look tells me he's unsure of himself, and I don't think his kilt is really ideal for battle anyway. My Ohio bias will once again play into this one so I'm giving this win to the Buckeyes. I just can't seem to get past that sweet Brutus smile and that tiny hat he wears!

Tailgate and Cheer in Style

Temperatures continue to drop and Columbus, Ohio is expected to see highs in the low 40s this weekend. Here's what we recommend to stay warm and cheer on the Michigan State Spartans:

The Match-up

College Basketball is FINALLY BACK!!!! Can you tell I'm excited to not only talk about my Dayton Flyers, but college basketball in general? The Flyers look to pick up where they left off from last season, carrying a 21 game home winning streak into coach Archie Miller's 5th season. Dayton returns 3 starters from a team that made it to the 3rd round of the NCAA Tournament and is picked to win the Atlantic 10. Dayton will square off against Southeast Missouri State University, who went 13-17 in their 2014-15 campaign. The Redhawks are led by Rick Ray, who takes over from Dickey Nutt after Nutt was relieved of his duties prior to the 2015-16 season. Dayton usually schedules a cupcake for the home opener, and this year is no different. Should be a blowout from the opening tip.

The Prediction

Southeast Missouri State - 59
Dayton Flyers - 85

 -Alec

Mascot Match-up

The Redhawks will travel to meet the Flyers this week for the start of what will be an exciting basketball season. As a University of Dayton alum and long-ago Flyer Pep Band member, I find it extremely difficult to put my love for the Flyers aside to realistically talk about this match-up.

Both mascots will use flight to their advantage but I don't think Rowdy the Redhawk's skinny bird legs will hold their own against the muscular Rudy Flyer. If you're at the game yelling for Rudy to selfie with you, make sure to enunciate - Rowdy might think there's a SEM fan in UD Arena.

Unfortunately for Rowdy, he not only has to defeat Rudy himself, but he also needs to conquer more than 13,000 lovingly obsessed Flyer students and fans while in UD Arena. The students will be cheering, the Flyer Pep Band will be playing and screaming, and our friend DJ Jay (www.liftoffentertainment.com) will be keeping the beat up with more music during timeouts.

If I haven't already made it obvious, I'm going with the Flyers for the win this week. We Are! UD!

Tailgate and Cheer in Style

The forecast for Dayton looks windy and in the low 50s so bundle up for your walk into UD Arena! Here's what we recommend to stay warm and cheer on the University of Dayton:

The Match-up

Peyton Manning returns to the town that first embraced him and made him into the superstar that he is today. Lucas Oil Stadium, the home of the Indianapolis Colts, is even known as "The House That Manning Built". The Broncos and Colts are on different trajectories at this point in the season, with the Broncos one of the few remaining unbeatens and the Colts sitting at 3-5 and in desperate need of some wins heading into the back half of the season. Can Andrew Luck return to form and lead this Colts squad to another playoff berth? Will Peyton Manning's arm hold up the rest of the season and put another ring on his Hall of Fame hand? Who will emerge as the go-to running back for the Broncos? Since I have to pick a winner, I am going to go with the Broncos to win and continue their undefeated streak.

The Prediction

Indianapolis Colts - 18
Denver Broncos - 27

 -Alec

Cute Guy Watch

This week our cute guy is Demaryius Thomas, wide receiver for the Denver Broncos. There were several pictures of him that I wanted to post, but had I posted them all, you would have been scrolling for days. His 6'3 height almost led him down a basketball path, but lucky for us, coaches inspired him to try football. He's been with the Broncos for 5 years now and thankfully it doesn't look like he's going anywhere anytime soon. I know I'll be looking for that big smile on tv on Sunday. ;-)

Mascot Match-up

This week is a unique one where we'll see two types of horses battle it out! Discussing style is something I enjoy; however, discussing the style of a horse might be even better. Blue, the Indy Colt's mascot, sports a jersey and obviously blue fur. He looks super happy and I'm sure he loves his mascot job. Miles, the Denver Bronco's mascot, also sports a jersey and looks more like a regular horse despite his creepy grin and orange hair... And the fact that he walks on two legs. Details. Anyway... going on pure mascot factors alone, I'm giving this win to Blue and the Colts. That cheer filled smile and blue fur is sure to distract the Broncos and be the first to take away their undefeated status.

Tailgate and Cheer in Style

The weather on Sunday in Indy will leave you happy to have both a scarf and hat or earwarmer during your pre-game tailgate! The chilly air is here to stay so here's what we recommend to bundle up and cheer on the Indianapolis Colts:

The Match-up

This week's BGS game features two of the remaining six undefeated teams, pitting the Green Bay Packers against the Denver Broncos. Although many had written off the Broncos before the season started due to Manning's aging arm, they have managed to rattle off six straight wins to begin the season. The Packers, on the other hand, are doing exactly what people thought they would up to this point. Behind the arm of MVP Aaron Rodgers, the Packers are looking to make another trip to the Super Bowl this year. Although the game will be close, I think the Packers will prevail in this matchup.

The Prediction

Green Bay Packers - 24
Denver Broncos - 16

 -Alec

Cute Guy Watch

Normally I'm searching online for someone to feature for days. DAYS! I was pleasantly surprised a few minutes ago when I typed in, "Broncos wide receiver," and Emmanuel Sanders popped up. Again from very limited research, it seems Sanders is recovering from an injury but should be able to play in the Big Game on Sunday night. Even if he isn't playing, I hope they show him at some point in his uniform since football pants are THE BEST pants. ... Oh yeah.

Mascot Match-up

The mascot lacking Packers take on the Broncos this week. I won't say much about the Packers since my vent at the beginning of the season when I complained about... Well, their lack of mascot. I don't think there are many other mascots out there that could get past the fierce bucking and speed of the bronco so I'm picking them for the win this week. I'll reconsider the Packers for a potential win when they implement a mascot.

    The Match-up

THE Ohio State University takes on Rutgers University in a Big Ten battle. Rutgers joined the Big Ten in 2014, and has gone 4-7 through their first 11 games in the conference. On the other hand, the Buckeyes haven't lost a conference game since November 26, 2011 when they lost to Michigan at the Big House. The Buckeyes are currently ranked number 1 in the country, and if they can avoid a bad loss, will be poised to get into the College Football Playoff for two years in a row. Ohio State is favored by 21 in this contest in Piscataway, and it could be much worse by the time the final second ticks off the clock. Rutgers doesn't have much of a shot in this one, and I think they will still be seeking win number 4 on the season come Sunday morning.

    The Prediction

    Ohio State - 45
    Rutgers - 14

     -Alec

    Cute Guy Watch

I had almost given up picking a Cute Guy for this week after looking through the entire football rosters for both OSU and Rutgers. I was ready to search for an image of Brutus Buckeye to use for this week when I decided to go through OSU's roster one more time. I don't know how I missed it before, but Alex Stump, wide receiver for OSU, is a great feature for our Cute Guy Watch. Normally I'm really not a fan of facial hair, but this guy pulls it off well. Ladies, quit your drooling and go friend him on Facebook. From my limited creeping... He seems to be single. ;-)

Alex Stump Ohio State Football OSU Buckeyes

    Mascot Match-up

Although Brutus Buckeye isn't at all intimidating, I have always loved his awkward shaped smiling face. His hat is too tiny for his giant buckeye head, but I think it's better that way. The Rutgers Knight also shares a big grin on his face, but I think it's more frightening than cute. He reminds me of Gaston in Beauty and the Beast. Although the Knight's helmet would save him for a period of time, I think Brutus Buckeye's oversized head is going to lead the team to victory this weekend.

    Tailgate and Cheer in Style

    The Match-up

The Cincinnati Bengals keep on rolling and are one of six teams remaining in the NFL at a perfect 5-0. Andy Dalton (a.k.a the Red Rifle) has been one of the best quarterbacks in the league, and the Bengals can credit much of their success so far to the big arm of their field general. The running back situation has been in flux through the first quarter of the season as neither Gio Bernard nor Jeremy Hill have emerged as the number one back. The Buffalo Bills made the decision as the season began to start Tyrod Taylor over former first round draft pick EJ Manuel, and so far, they have to be happy with his success. There have been a host of changes this year in Buffalo with new head coach Rex Ryan and star running back LeSean McCoy coming in, and with a 3-2 start to the season, the Bills could have postseason plans in their future. Unfortunately for the Bills though, I think they will have to wait until week 7 for win number 4 as the Bengals are really hot right now, and the Bills secondary won't be able to keep up with the array of weapons streaking down the field.

    The Prediction

    Buffalo Bills - 14
    Cincinnati Bengals - 28

     -Alec

    Cute Guy Watch

Last time we featured the Bengals, our friend Pat was disappointed in my choice to feature an adorable bear and tiger rather than an actual NFL player. Pat - This one goes out to you.

Our choice for the Cute Guy this week is Giovani Bernard, running back for the Bengals. Not only is he nice (VERY nice) to look at, but he's also humble and has an amazing life story that you should read here. If that article doesn't pull on your heart strings enough, check out this one, where Gio hangs out with elementary school children while promoting literacy. Cue the aww's and flowing tears that there are still good people in this world.... Good, attractive men. Meow.

    Giovani Bernard Cincinnati Bengals NFL

    Mascot Match-up

It's difficult to pair the Buffalo and the Bengals into a real matchup this week since I'm already favoring my hometown team. The Buffalo mascot is pretty terrifying so I give them an A for effort on the scare strategy. Although their horns could do some serious damage, I think the Bengals are going to continue to roar and use their claws to take their sixth victory home. Who dey... Rawr.

    The Match-up

This week’s Big Game Series matchup pits the top two scoring defenses against each other in The Big House when Northwestern University takes on the University of Michigan. Northwestern comes into the contest at 5-0 and ranked #13 in the nation, whereas the Wolverines are 4-1 and ranked #18. Points will be hard to come by in this one, and it will be up to a rested De’Veon Smith of Michigan to attempt to carry the Wolverines over the goalline and victory. In order to do so though, he will have to slip by linebacker Anthony Walker who leads the Wildcats in tackles this season, if the Wolverines are going to find success. I predict a low scoring contest that ultimately, the home team will prevail in.

    The Prediction
    Northwestern University - 16
    University of Michigan - 10

     -Alec

    Cute Guy Watch

Devin Gardner (left) and Shane Morris (right) have two things in common: (1) they both have experience as Michigan's quarterback, and (2) they should never wear anything else except for these football uniforms. Since I've been lacking cute guys in this series, I'm spoiling you today with two of them to make up for past weeks. Anyone else think that football pants are the best sports pants!?

    Mascot Match-up

The wildcats will take on the wolverines this week and I don't think it'll be pretty. They both will have the same advantage of sharp claws and teeth, so that doesn't help me pick a winner. The mascots also both live in climates that prepare them for cooler playing temperatures. There isn't much more to say other than I feel like I just can't get past the giant, oversized jersey that the wildcat mascot wears at games. Although I like purple better than the navy and yellow combination, I'm picking the wolverines to win based solely on the wildcat's lack of jersey size awareness.

    Embrace the Fall October 05, 2015 09:00

    It's October already! Wow!

A big shoutout to my girlfriends on the inspiration for this post. A few years ago, the Fall Day tradition began where we would pick one day to accomplish as many fall activities as possible. The Fall season seems to come and go quicker every year, so don’t delay on scheduling a time to check out some of these activities.

Here are ideas on what we have done in the past:

Although it was chilly and windy on Saturday, our friends Michelle, Hillary, and Katie embraced it all to visit the Sunflower Festival at Gorman Heritage Farm. They stayed bundled up with our earwarmers and a brand new hat style while they dodged mud to find the perfect sunflowers to pick and take home with them. This event occurs annually for one weekend at the beginning of October, so mark your calendars for next year! Thanks for sharing ladies!

If you only have time for one activity, pumpkin picking is definitely my number one suggestion. Find a local pumpkin patch to walk through and pick out your favorite pumpkin. From giant pumpkins you can barely pick up by yourself, to small pumpkins perfect for decorating a counter top, pumpkin patches really have it all. Carve them, paint them, or simply sit them on your counter or front porch step for that sweet Fall touch. Choose a neutral infinity scarf for this activity that will set you apart from the orange and yellow colors of Autumn.

Nature and real pumpkins not your thing? Find a DIY craft for you and your friends! Kelsey, my very talented friend, hosted a Pinterest party last month where we made pumpkins from wood 2x4s! She bought the wood at a hardware store (they'll cut it for you for free!), picked up some sticks outside for the stem, and had paint, ribbon, and a couple of other craft supplies for us to decorate with.

    Pumpkin craft DIY

In addition to pumpkins, you can’t forget about apples in the Fall. Apple cider paired with caramel apples is the ideal afternoon weekend snack. The Match-up

In what may be the final season for Peyton Manning, it has started about as well as he could have hoped. The Broncos are off to a 3-0 start and are firing on all cylinders behind the football genius that is Manning. The Vikings are getting rolling as well on the back of star running back Adrian Peterson, who turned in a 126 yard and 2 touchdown performance in week 3 against the San Diego Chargers. Peterson isn't the only star on the Vikings, they also have a great budding quarterback in Teddy Bridgewater, one of the most accurate passers in the NFL today. That being said, I don't think Teddy will be able to keep up with Peyton, and the Broncos will improve to 4-0.

    The Prediction
    Minnesota Vikings - 18
    Denver Broncos - 28

    Cute Guy Watch

Peyton Manning is one of the few football players I can actually remember, probably due to his roles in all recent insurance commercials. He isn't my first choice for the cutest guy, but I do love that his facial expressions never hide the way he truly feels. I apologize to those who are continually disappointed with the lack of cute NFL players posted in this segment, but you can't deny I at least make you laugh.

Vikings will go head to head with the broncos this week. Google image searching a viking alone might have put the fear in me to pick them to win right off the bat (or goal post if you will). The horns on their helmet look intimidating, but unless they're fighting rear first, I don't think it'll really give them a battle advantage. On the other hand, the bronco has a temper and bucking force (not a typo - when the horses kick their legs out!) that could put the viking out of the game. If you want a better image, picture those horses (sometimes broncos) with the cowboys riding them at rodeos. In further thinking about the pure strength of the bronco over the viking, I'm making my pick for those little horses to win this week. Yee-haw.

Tag #BundleUpBGS on social media! We want to see how you are supporting your teams this weekend!

    The Match-up

The Maryland Terrapins have had a roller coaster of a season to this point. After a blowout victory over the Spiders of Richmond, they followed with a lopsided loss to the Bowling Green Falcons, and last week beat South Florida by a couple of scores. On the other side of the ball, the West Virginia Mountaineers have started the season against a couple of cupcake teams (yum, cupcakes!) in Georgia Southern and Liberty. This will be a true test to see if the Mountaineers are an actual force to be reckoned with and if the Terrapins can right the ship and get on a winning streak before conference play starts.

    The Prediction
    University of Maryland - 17
    West Virginia University - 37

     -Alec

    Cute Guy Watch

Do you ever really look at those player photos on TV at the beginning of the football games? The typical image I see in my head is scowling, mean, and the personality that they have always hated their picture being taken. Looking through the University of Maryland's lineup was very different than what you see on TV. I browsed through several people before ultimately picking Wes Brown, running back for Maryland, for our Cute Guy Watch. Doesn't his smile just make you so happy!? Wes, thanks for making our day. Big smiles right back at ya!

    Mascot Match-up

I wasn't positive about what exactly a terrapin is, so I googled to confirm it is indeed a type of turtle. What's the difference between a turtle, terrapin, and tortoise you ask? Their differences actually lie in where they live, and not what they look like! If you're interested in learning more, click here to read all about their differences.

This week we'll look at a terrapin going up against a mountaineer. The WVU mountaineer mascot carries a musket (shoutout to my good friends Hillary and Karen) and wears a pretty sweet raccoon hat. I've seen fringed boots and jackets come back into style so he's also got that going for him. On the other hand, the terrapin has a hard shell to help protect itself from the mountaineer. Unfortunately the terrapin has slow speed as a disadvantage, so I'm forced to give this one to the mountaineers.

Big Game Series - New York Jets @ Indianapolis Colts September 18, 2015 09:00

New York Jets vs. Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium

Monday, September 21st at 8:30pm EST on ESPN

Tag #BundleUpBGS on social media! We want to see how you are supporting your teams this weekend!

    The Match-up

The New York Jets lost their starting quarterback in the preseason to a punch in the face, and have to rely on Ryan Fitzpatrick for the first few weeks to open the season. The Harvard graduate proved that he deserves to be a starting quarterback in the League with an outstanding performance in week 1, giving the Jets a victory and a great start to the season. The Colts on the other hand, did not start out their push for a 2016 Super Bowl the way they had hoped. Andrew Luck did not come out with the precision the Colts brass was looking for and ended up throwing 2 interceptions en route to a week 1 loss. If the Jets can continue to tread water and win a few more games, they could be in a good position for when Geno Smith comes back from a broken jaw. Andrew Luck and the Colts need to get back on track this week, or face an uphill climb in the division to make the playoffs.

    The Prediction
    New York Jets - 15
    Indianapolis Colts - 24

     -Alec

    Cute Guy Watch

Born in Sweden. Native Canadian. Played at Yale. Former gymnast. What else do I even need to say? Tyler Varga now plays for the Indianapolis Colts at the age of 21. His young age aside, I'm drooling over our cute guy this week. You're welcome ladies.

    Mascot Match-up

This week we're matching up a jet and a horse. Obviously the speed of a jet is no match for a horse. On the other hand looking at the defensive side, a horse could maneuver and zigzag around the field much easier than a jet could. I don't have a strong feeling toward green or royal blue, and have fond memories of both cities. It's a close call, but I'm ultimately settling for Indy to win this one. Alec and I had a great time at the Vintage Indiana Wine Festival in Indy a couple of years ago that's pulling my heart strings toward the Colts for the win.

    Frequently Asked Questions September 14, 2015 09:00

Almost halfway through September already! Time really does seem to fly by faster every month, especially when we get closer to the holiday season. With the busy shopping months just ahead of us, we are hoping to help answer some common questions we see from our customers:

What is crochet? Isn’t that the same as knitting?

"Crochet" and "knit" are often used interchangeably to describe handmade items; however, the process to create these items is actually VERY different! Although both hobbies work with yarn, you can see on the left side of the picture below that one single hook is used to crochet an item, while the right side of the picture shows two pointed needles that are used to knit an item. While both processes utilize loops of yarn, knitting requires many active loops on the needles while crocheting normally only has one active loop (or possibly a few loops depending on the stitch).

Is the wooden tag on your scarves and hats removable?

Our intention with the wooden tags was for them to remain on the items. We added them this year as a branding tool and a way for customers to remember who they bought the item from. The tag is sewn into the item and we would highly suggest not cutting it off in fear of cutting the yarn that holds the item together. You can always put the item on with the tag side down or in the back if you do not want it displayed.

Why shouldn’t I put my item through the washing machine?

The quality of the wooden button and tag will deteriorate if your item is put through the washing machine. We instead recommend hand washing your items and lying them flat to dry. Flowers pinned to any earwarmer or hat should also be removed before hand washing.

What is the process if I want to place a custom order?

Please visit our Custom/Group Order page to begin the custom order process. Let us know the type of item you’re looking for, color(s), size(s), date that you need the item, and any other special notes that would help us better understand your order.

Are there any other items I can custom order outside of a scarf and earwarmer?

Absolutely! In addition to completing requests for different colors and styles of scarves and earwarmers, we have also crocheted several different winter hats, baby blankets, baby hats, and baby booties. We are always open to discussing new items, even if we haven't previously made them! Visit our Custom/Group Order page to tell us more about what you’re looking for.

Are your items sold in stores?

Our items are currently only sold online and through Beverly’s Gift and Craft Shoppe. We are hoping to sell in stores in the future.

Do you sell at any craft shows?

Yes! We will post on social media and the blog to let you know when and where we are participating in craft shows. We currently only participate in events local to the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. We have several already confirmed for this Fall and can't wait to announce those at a later date!

Big Game Series - Green Bay Packers @ Chicago Bears September 11, 2015 09:00 2 Comments

    The NFL season begins!

Green Bay Packers vs. Chicago Bears at Soldier Field

Sunday, September 13th at 1pm EST on FOX

Tag #BundleUpBGS on social media! We want to see how you are supporting your teams this weekend!

    The Match-up

The Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Bears are two of the oldest franchises in the NFL and the rivalry between the teams is considered by some to be the best of all rivalries across any sport. Aaron Rodgers is poised to pick up where he left off last season and could be in line for another MVP award. Whereas, on the other side of the ball, Jay Cutler may not be the starting quarterback come week 8 of the season. I think we are looking at the NFC North Division winners and the NFC North Division bottom feeders in this game. In case you didn't figure it out already, that's the Packers and Bears respectively.

    The Prediction
    Green Bay Packers - 38
    Chicago Bears - 12

     -Alec

    Cute Guy Watch

This week I'm not featuring someone I think is cute... Rather someone that has the most amazing name I've ever heard. Leave a comment of an NFL player's name that you think is more amazing than Green Bay's Ha Ha Clinton-Dix. I'll pick the best one and send the winner a free team infinity scarf. Challenge accepted?

    Mascot Match-up

Similar to last week, I feel the need to google the Packers to find out who/what they are. All I can picture in my head are fans wearing cheese hats. Don't get me wrong - I like cheese way more than any person should. I just need to know what this mascot is!

Wikipedia tells me that a man started the team by asking for funds for uniforms from his employer, the Indian Packing Company. In exchange for the funds he accepted the condition to name the team after the sponsor. One newspaper referred to the team as "the Indians," but "Packers" quickly became more popular. In 1919, the Green Bay Packers were born.

This history lesson doesn't help me in putting the Packers against a bear. I have very limited knowledge in how well the Packers play and I still don't know exactly what they are. With that being said, I'm giving this one to the Bears. I like the yellow pop of color that the Packers have but I just can't get over the absence of physical mascot.

Fun fact: The Packers have played in their original city longer than any other NFL team.

    Tailgate and Cheer in Style

Both Green Bay and Chicago are two cities where you definitely don't want to forget your cold weather gear. Here is what we recommend to cheer on the Packers:

Big Game Series - U. of Alabama vs. U. of Wisconsin September 04, 2015 09:00

First Official Week of College Football!!

University of Alabama vs. University of Wisconsin @ AT&T Stadium

Saturday, September 5th at 8pm EST on ABC

Tag #BundleUpBGS on social media! We want to see how you are supporting your teams this weekend!

    The Match-up

The first truly big game of the season pits two ranked opponents, #20 Wisconsin and #3 Alabama, against each other in the Advocare Classic on ABC in Arlington, TX. Since Nick Saban took over as head coach of the Crimson Tide, Alabama has never lost a season opener. Both squads will be replacing big time running backs in second round pick T.J. Yeldon of Alabama and first round selection Melvin Gordon of Wisconsin. This game will be a battle between two schools who constantly have a flurry of running backs coming through and then heading to the NFL. At the end of the day though, this Alabama squad will be too much to handle and should "run away" with the game.

    The Prediction
    University of Alabama: 35
    University of Wisconsin: 21

     -Alec

    Cute Guy Watch

It's an understatement that I quickly become sidetracked when searching online. I was looking for pictures of Jacob Coker, Senior QB for Alabama, and in my search for pictures of him, Russell Wilson caught my eye...

I couldn't resist. And you're welcome. He played for Wisconsin in grad school, so this is relevant!

    Mascot Match-up

I ended up doing quite a bit of Googling about the Crimson Tide. What does that even mean? Is that an animal or a color? What is this mascot!? The most important thing you need to know is that his name is Big Al and he's an elephant. Now that we have that all clear, let's discuss this elephant going up against a badger (whose name is Buckingham U. "Bucky" Badger). I'm initially less than impressed with Big Al's t-shirt and am already leaning toward Bucky who sports what looks to be a striped turtleneck. Neither mascot wears pants so that helps even the playing field. I'm sure the Roll Tide cheering will be loud, but it's no match for those Bucky stripes. My thought with this game is that Bucky's red and white striped turtleneck is going to distract the Crimson Tide and help lead Wisconsin to a victory.

    Tailgate and Cheer in Style

We'll see a lot of red in the crowd for both of these teams! Here is what we recommend for the Wisconsin Badgers:

And this is what we suggest for the Alabama Crimson Tide:

Customize Our Flower Earwarmers!! August 31, 2015 09:00

The ability to personalize and customize your outfit to fit an occasion or mood is every girl’s dream. Our Flower Earwarmer provides the opportunity for you to do just that.

Did you know that the flower attachment is a removable pin? You can take it off and switch it out with another flower color, a bow or heart pin (coming soon!), or even another pin you might have at home.

Did you also know that you can customize the center of the flower and choose from a button, gem, or a simple plain style? The earwamer itself can even be worn plain without any attachment for a classic and versatile look. Here are a few ideas we suggest for occasions and color combinations.

    Local to Cincinnati

A black earwarmer can be worn with an orange flower to cheer on the Bengals, switched with a red flower to show your University of Cincinnati Bearcat pride, and then worn plain without a flower to match your fall jacket.

    Girls Night Out

A Fall Girls Night Out is a must in the next couple of months! Plan an outdoor event and show your individual styles with your favorite earwarmer and flower combination.

    Compliment Your Personality

Feeling sporty? Flirty? Do you just need a pop of color for the dreary winter? These combos can help!

    Custom Combinations

Don't see a combination or color you were looking for? Do you want to order several earwarmers for family and friends? We would love to make that happen for you! Submit your request on the Custom/Group Order page and we'll get back to you shortly.

What are your favorite color combinations? Do you prefer the sparkle of the gem or the pop of color with the button flower center? Answer in the comments below!
